As a perinatal mental health specialist and art therapist, I believe everyone deserves to be heard, supported with compassion, and offered a space where they feel truly safe and comfortable.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process—one where we explore the challenges impacting you and your relationships, and work together to develop strategies that align with your values. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, fulfilled, and connected in your life.

I'm trained in art therapy, EMDR, and traditional talk therapy. We can use one or a combination of these modalities, depending on what feels right for you and your goals.

Whether you’re navigating the perinatal period, processing grief, or simply looking for a more meaningful connection with yourself and others, I’m here to support your journey.
ABOUT ME
About Me
My name is Catherine Jones and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Art Therapist (LAT), Registered Art therapist (ATR), and Perinatal Mental Health Specialist (PMH-C), and Registered Yoga Therapist (RYT 200). I've been practicing therapy since 2009, and I believe deeply in the healing power of a trusting therapeutic relationship.

My style is compassionate, relational, and warm. I aim to create a space where you feel truly seen and supported. I integrate evidence-based approaches—including EMDR, interpersonal and attachment theories, mindfulness practices, cognitive behavioral strategies, and art therapy—tailored to your unique goals and needs.

My specialty is reproductive mental health, supporting individuals across the full reproductive continuum. This includes family planning, pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, birth trauma, infant loss, and miscarriage. I also help individuals and couples adjust to the emotional complexities that can arise during the transition to parenthood and while growing a family.

I'm LGBTQA+ affirming provider and respect diversity in my practice. All cultures, races, abilities, religions, sexual orientations, and gender identities are welcome.
